从2022年3月起，闪闪星星计划第二期正式开启。在4个月的招募时间里，我们收到了来自各个地区的动画投稿。经过BY ART MATTERS 天目里美术馆 评审团认真讨论及评选，最终选出十位/组获奖艺术家：胡迪与穆清、汤厉昊、刘宇飞、夏磊蕾与彭浩旻、夏菲、税源、张静怡、杨宇欣、赵莲涟、丁静雯。
以下为获奖作品。
In March 2022, the second phase of the Sparking Stars Project officially started. During the recruitment period of 4 months, we received animation submissions from all over the region. After careful discussion and selection by BY ART MATTERS, ten winning artists/groups finally stand out: Hu Di and Mu Qing, Tang Lihao, Liu Yufei, Xia Leilei and Peng Haomin, Xia Fei, Shui Yuan, Zhang Jingyi, Yang Yuxin, Zhao Lianlian, Ding Jingwen.
