From December 2020 to February 2021, the Sparking Stars Program has received approximately 900 submissions from 75 countries. After careful discussion and selection of the BY ART MATTERS 之馆 committee, we have selected ten excellent short animation works from China, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Czech Republic, and France.
