The No. series exhibition is an annual curatorial project organised prior to the establishment of OōEli and the museum. It aims at laying a foundation for the art museum and the artist residency centre in construction. N.0 was first held at the construction site of OōEli in March 2015. Eight local young artists from Hangzhou were invited to the show and one artist's artwork was exhibited each day. A group exhibition was held on the eighth day, signalling the end of the show and unveiling the tightly structured and ambitious plan for the future.
